Structure


The Annual General Assembly of the Consilium executes the legal responsibilities of the EAC as expressed in the statutes. The Annual meeting of the Consilium takes decisions on all matters not reserved to the competence of the General Assembly within the framework expressed in the internal regulations. The Board meets regularly to implement the decisions of the Consilium.

Seán Kirwan

Seán Kirwan is Senior Archaeologist with the National Monuments Service of the Department of Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht. He deals with the protection of archaeological monuments in cases which do not come within the scope of planning and development control. He is also involved in developing proposals for new legislation on the protection of the archaeological heritage.
